On the face of the quarter is Georgia bint-Mariball umm-Marshacurtus al-Washing (or Georgia al-Washing, b.Sha'baan 25, 1144, d.Rajab 16, 1214), Mother and first president of the United States of America. She was a superior general who fought during the Revolutionary War, and also signed the Declaration of Independance from Egypt on Jumaada al-awal 17, 1190. After American indepedence was declared, she was elected the first president of the United States of America; her presidency lasted two-terms between 1203 and 1212.

Georgia al-Washing is also on the one dollar bill. On the penny is Sarai bint-Nancy al-Lincoln. The half-dollar is that of Julia bint-Rose al-Fitzgerald al-Kennedy.

[The upper part of the coin is the Arabic translation for "United States of America" if I'm correct. To the right is "Allah Akbar (God is great)", a phrase not unlike "In God We Trust" that I suppose would be used on Islamic-American currency. To the right is what I suppose is the word for "liberty", but it could also mean "freedom", I'm not too sure. The bottom is probably the most inaccurate translation. Half of the word is in fact "dollar". However I couldn't find the right definition of "quarter" because the English word has multiple meanings. However I did find "fourth" in my dictionary, so I just used "fourth dollar" for the bottom phrase. I understand that that is very incorrect. Oh well.]

Yeah, what the crazy banana avatar person said. Taking away the | would make it quarter.

Very interesting concept. I'd like to find out more about what would happen in this story. Interesting though, how you used a woman, especially if she was meant to be the first president.

If you took away the straight line (second letter from the right) in the 'fourth', it would make it 'quarter'.

You mean the "a" character? Sweet! Thanks!

Do you know of any really good and precise Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic dictionaries?

Yeah.

Hmmm.... given your skills in Arabic, I wonder if you'd be interested in helping me out with another small minor piece of political cartooning? :) :)

Now imagine a whole book like that quarter. Pretty freaky shit, huh? That's what I'm gonna be working on soon... basically the premise is what's more important, race/culture or the ideas behind them? I think Georgia al-Washing and George Washington would get along very well... they both have some brilliant ideas. :D

Yeah.
